📦 Shipping Information

🌎 Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. 💌

Estimated delivery time:

🇨🇦 Domestic orders: approximately 3–10 business days
✈️ International orders: approximately 2–10 weeks, depending on the destination, postal service, and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or due to customs delays.

💛 Handmade & Preorder Items

Some handmade pieces are made to order and may require additional time before shipping.

Preorder handmade items usually take around 1–2 months to be created before they are ready to ship. If your order includes both handmade preorder items and ready-to-ship items, they may be shipped separately.

You will receive tracking information once your handmade item is on its way. 📬

💌 Delayed or Missing Packages

After your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery speed and handling are outside of my control.

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact your local post office or shipping carrier for updates. You are also welcome to contact me, and I’ll do my best to help where I can. 🫶
